WHAT DOCUMENT NEED  MULTIPLE ENTRY  VISA VALID FOR I YEAR .ALREADY VISIT CHINA 4-5 TIMES .FOR BUISNESS PURPOSE VISIT CHINA 3-4 TIMES IN YEAR . INDIAN NATIONAL   PERMANENT VISA SAUDI ARABIA       WORKING HERE IN ESTABLISHMENT.

The Visa Notice Sheet prescribe multiple entries in a year, then you can get a MULTIPLE ENTRY VISA VALID FOR I YEAR. In additiona, you'd better provide the copy of former China visa on your passport.
