Dear/Madam
I would like to apply for a visit visa to China, I am an Irish doctor lives out side Dublin,it`s difficult for me to leave the hospital in the morning times,can I send my passport,the application form and photo by post and manage to come for identifcation,paying the fee and collection when the visa is ready?
