About:China Tourism Industry Complaint Analysis

Dear Ms Evelyn

I tried to send a complaint to the email address <span class="clspost">scta.gov.cn|zfzd</span> but was not successful. I tried to send it twice yesterday.

Is there a problem with your email server?

Oh, it can't be wrong. I found it on the official website. You may try to use the online complaint. However, it only has the Chinese version.

姓名 (name):
性别 (gender) 男 (male) 女(female)
国籍 (nationality)
地址 (address)
电话 (telephone)
Email:
被投诉人 (the person you want to complain)
被投诉所在城市 (which city you want to complain)
投诉内容 (the details of your complaint)
投诉要求 (your demands)

Finally, you should submit your request. You can see two buttons at the bottom of the box. Please choose 提交.
