trying to call a cell phone was given the number 011-86-501-984-4301 for Rachel but cant get it to work
is some part of this wrong.

I think there is something wrong with the numbers. 011 is the international code of Canada. 86 is the international code of China. Then, the phone numbers is 501-984-4301. But it’s not a cell phone’s. In China, cell phone numbers are usually made up of 11 numbers. So, I can make sure that this is not a cell phone. Then, we can assume the second possibility. Maybe, it is a fixed phone number. If so, 501 should be the area code of a certain Chinese city. Unfortunately, there is no such an area code in China. So, it’s not a fixed phone, either.

If you google the part starting with 501, it's an Arkansas phone #...
