yes, very true, i have googled this & i live in Hong Kong for more than 10years now.  Hong Kong Special Administrative Region does not use Area/ Zip code.

Yes, it's true. Even the locals tell me they don't use zip code. But if you want to mail through the FEDEX, they will ask you to give the zip code.I found a zip code of Hong Kong on the web. It's 999077.
