About:Chinese Consulate in Brisbane

PLEASE HELP

We have posted our Visa applications for a rush service over a week ago for travel on 28th of April.

We leave today to go to Sydney before flying out to China next week.

We have been ringing for four days and NO ONE is answering.

We live in Cairns so are unable to go to Brisbane in person.

Please help.

Did you send them an envelope with your correct address for them to mail your visa back? Have you paid the embassy for the rush service?
