Hi,I am an Australian citizen but also have a 'Return Home Visa' for China (回乡证) and Hong Kong permanent residency.I am looking to start a business in China. Does holding a 回乡证 help in minimising the capital requirements and legal paperwork, or am I better off starting a wholly foreign owned enterprise as an Australian or HK citizen?Thanks very much in advance.Regards,Michael
