About:Bao'en Temple Pagoda

hi if have L visa and have all documents required to produce Z visa, is it possible to apply in China, ( Zhejiang Province ) ?

I'm afriad that you should return to your country to apply Z visa, you can't get a Z visa in Zhejiang province
