Four of us will arrive hangzhou international airport at around 2pm. And would like to spend 4-5 hours for local sight-seeing and then drive straight to Huangshan. I would like to rent a car or 7 passengers van with driver(4 golf sets   4 luggages) instead of taking taxi. Do you have any recommendation? What will be the cost for charting a car or a 7 passengers van from Hangzhou to Huangshan?

If a taxi, it will more a little more than 1000rmb. Charter a 7-seat van within hangzhou city, it is 800 per day. you should pay 4-8 yuan for extra kilometers. It will be much expensive then renting a taxi. So, why not renting a vehicle in Huangshan. Huangshan city is 2.5 -3hours from Hangzhou. The ticket fare is about 95. Then you can charter a van from huangshan to the scenic spot which is also one hour away from the city of Huangshan.
