About:China Visa

Hi
I am currently a Singapore PR, holding Malyasia passport. I have brought a air-ticket to Tianjin and planned to stay there for 20 days. My flight will depart from Kuala Lumpur-Tianjin-Kuala Lumpur. Can I apply the tourist visa from Singapore instead? or must apply in Malaysia?
Thanks.

Since you are a Singapore PR, it is ok for you to apply for the visa at either in Singapore or Malaysia.
