Dalian has several international schools, for example: Daliang American International School in the Dalian Development Area north of downtown; Dalian Maple Leaf International School at Cuinan Xiaoqu on Haibin Road, Dalian Development Area. No idea about any Jewish community. It seems that there are Jewish community organizations.
