Visa councellorI have been deputed by Tea Board, Ministry of Commerce and Industry and the Ministry of Agriculture to proceed to attend Codex committee meeting at Beijing starting from 20th April,09. I had submitted my Passport No.F3213534 on 16th but it was returned on 17th evening due to want of Invitation letter though I had submitted the the copy of invitation letter at the Embassy on  17th Morning. I shall be grateful if you could be granted emergency appointment on monday morning enabling me to proceed to Beijing on Tuesday.
