About:Chinese Embassy in Vietnam

I am Vietnamese but I live in france. I'm now in Vietnam for my holidays.
I'd like to do a visa to China in Vietnam. But I may go to China from France, is it possible?
Otherwise, I'd like to know which kind of papers do I need?
Could someone else apply the visa on my behalf?
How long will it take to issue a visa?

thank you in advance for your reply
