Hi,I am an Indian currently working in Beijing since 2 months.My stay is going to extend by another 4 months.I want to get my wife to Beijing for 3 months. My wife is working in India.Please Clarify few doubts regarding this:->Is it possible to get VISA for 3 months.>What is the VISA Type I need to apply for. >Please let me know the procedure and documents required for applying VISA.>Do we need to submit leave letter from her company.My wife is willing to work from home in beijing instead of taking leave and her company has accepted it. For your question No.1:You want your wife to get a visa to stay for more than 3 months, right? Since you are holding working visa in China, your wife can also apply for a work visa. After her arrival in China, she can apply for a resident permit, which will allow her to stay for a longer time
