Hii want to visit china just to spend my holidays for a week.what are the formalities to be fulfilled.I am pakistani citizen and working in riyadh,saudi arabia

To get a visa there, you should hold valid resident permit of Saudi Arabia, valid passport, application form and a fully filled application form, two way-flight tickets and your hotel reserve confirmation proof.
