About:Chinese Embassy in Singapore

hi,Mr.Shane

i am not a singaporean PR, because i stay in
Johor Bahru,so, can i apply the visa in singapore chinese embassy.
Please advise any document required and Visa charge.

Mr Check,
Since you are not a Singapore PR, I am afraid that the chance for you to get a study visa outside your home country is very slim.
