About:Chinese Embassy in Singapore

Hi,

My wife and I are travelling to singapore to visit my brother. Can my wife get a tourist visa (i already have one) for china? What are the requirements needed? We are planning to there on April 28-30. I also read somewhere that the one day processing is currently not available. Is that true?

Thanks.

Which country's passport does she hold? Where does he plan to apply for the visa? At some embassies, the express service is not available.
