I'm planing to go Shanghai by Malaysia Tour in Dec 2009. I'm Malaysian & work in Singapore by holding PR.Can i apply visa in China Embassy at Singapore instead of Malaysia ?If yes. Please advise any document required and Visa charge.Your reply is highly appreciate.Thank youWe really need someone to help.Thank you.

Sure, you can apply for a visa for China at the Chinese embassy in Singapore.  The fee for Single-entry visa is 50 Singaporean dollars.
