About:Chinese Embassy in Singapore

I'm planing to go Shanghai by Malaysia Tour in Dec 2009. I'm Malaysian & work in Singapore by holding PR.

Can i apply visa in China Embassy at Singapore instead of Malaysia ?
If yes. Please advise any document required and Visa charge.

Sure, you can apply for a visa for China at the Chinese embassy in Singapore. The fee for Single-entry visa is 50 Singaporean dollars.
