I am visiting Hong Kong for work at the end of April and wanted to spend one day in Shenzhen shopping. Do i need a visa to get into Shenzhen for 1 day? Do i apply for this visa in Australia or can i get it in Shenzhen? What is the cost?Last time i was in Hong Kong i went on a shopping tour and this was organised for me but i wanted to do it myself this time.

You can get a visa at the entry port of Shenzhen but the pretext is that you can not use that visa to travel other places of China except Shenzhen.
