Question

I and my family are holder of german passport.I'm looking for retirement place for my handicapped mother in asia, which is with me.Is china giving resident permit to people applying with special reasons like being retired and want to settle down, if they apply with german passport in Sri Lankan Embassy?

China is a populous country. So it is very difficult for foreigners to get Chinese permnant residence permit.
