About:Chinese Embassy in South Korea

I am currently work in South Korea as a teacher. I have gotten a job to teach in Shanghai starting at the end of April. Is there any way I can get a work visa in Shanghai, or do I need to get it in Seoul before I leave? Can any one recomend a visa agent in Seoul who speaks English?
