About:Chinese Crew, Resident and Journalist Visa

Dear sir/madame
hi! good day I am a half chinese /filipino .my father is from fujian china .since he was 20 yrs old until he died last jan.1990 he live in the philippines .and visited china once. i have a half brother in fujian china . now my question is how can i apply for a resident visa there?kindly advise what to do and what are the documents that is needed for these application thanks!

To apply for a resident visa, you should ask your relatives in Fujian to apply for a residence permit at the local public security bureau. With that residence permit, you can apply for a residence visa of China.
