About:Chinese Embassy in Singapore

I am bring my filipino maid with to guangzhou for holidays for 9 days.
I understand I need to apply visa for her.
Besides filling the application form, any other documents required?

In addition to the application form, she also needs to submit the following documents:
1. Her valid passport with a minimum validity of six months left before expiration.
2. Her valid visa for Singapore or her valid resident permit in Singapore
