About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

how many days are allowed for a Filipino to stay in China as tourist? What are the requirements for the visa? I will be taking my six months old daughter there to see her father and i don't have any idea what other documents shall i need to prepare. Is it possible to secure a resident visa for me and my baby to be with her father? What are the requirements? Her father is Cuban and is working there.

Since your husband is working in China, he must hold a work visa. You can also apply for a work visa.
