I saw some of the warriors in Atlanta and I too believe that they are the actual individuals. They emit an energy of life. While trying to understand what I was feeling in their presence, seems I heard a voice say, "We are whole--we are one".

No that is a myth. They were made by the workers during the reign of the first emperor for his mortuary temple.

LOL, Mrs. Sharon, I think they were kidding.

Yes, the warriors (as well as horses, court officials, musicians, etc.) were made of clay. The main body and limbs are from molds and the facial expressions (including hairstyle) are individually worked on.

I really enjoyed the exhibition in Atlanta. It was very informative and beautiful.
