About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

i just want to ask my fiancee is a chinese citizen and we are planning to get married.he is a resident of the philippines.he need to get a document called legal capacity to get marry or certificate of no marriage.what are the requirements of getting certificate of no marriage in philippines (china embassy)? thank u.

First, you should find a notary public to issue an affidivate that prove that you are single. Then get it stamped by the Chinese embassy.
