You intend to visit Hong Kong for sightseeing? If yes, you needn't a visa for a stay of 3-5 days there. You are allowed to visit HK and stay there for 14 days without a visa provided that you hold a valid Philippine passport.

If you are planning to go in hong kong and nobody invite you, the immigration officer at Manila airport will ask you for the hotel accomodation. And if you have someone invited you, the immigration will ask you the invitation letter from the person in hong kong. It is not really necessary but the crook immigration officers at the airport will give you a hard time.
