About:China Embassy in Thailand

Hello, does anyone know if it is possible to apply for the tourist visa by post? My friend is a US citizen. He's working in southern Thailand. Because of his work, it's not convenient for him to go to Bangkok and apply for the visa in person.

Or, is there such kind of agency that they charge a bit more than the visa fee and do all the application job?

Thanks a lot.

Kath

She can entrust someone (a friend or agency) to apply for the visa on his/her behalf.
