Question

My Name is Raymond, an 18 year old, just completed HSC with 19 points in Physics, Chemistry, Maths, Economics and General Paper. My entire dream is to study Aeronautic Engineering but its not offered in Uganda. The cheapest i have got is in China but iam unable to afford it. Please help out with whatever you can so that i can realise my dream. Rememebr we do not ahve so many Uganda Aeronautical Engineers.
