About:Chinese Embassy in India

Sir,
We want to apply business visa for our Vice President for visiting beijing to attend meeting on 16-17 April, 2009. What are the formalities to be fulfilled in this regard. The host body has already faxed the invitation to Chinese Embassy in Delhi. Will it serve the purpose to obtain visa or we should write them for a copy?

If the embasy has already received a fax version of the invitation letter, then it is ok for the application. You don't have to ask for a copy.
