Sir,We want to apply business visa for our Vice President for visiting beijing to attend meeting on 16-17 April, 2009. What are the formalities to be fulfilled in this regard.  The host body has already faxed the invitation to Chinese Embassy in Delhi. If the embasy has already received a fax version of the invitation letter,then it is ok for the application. You don't have to ask for a copy.
