About:Chinese Consulates in India

Hi,
I want to work in Hong Kong and i want to apply for work permit or working visa.I have my cousin brother working in Hong Kong as a citizenship holder.Please let me know the procedure.

You do not have a labour contract with an employer in HK? So you can not apply for a HK work visa. I think you should go to HK with a tourist visa to find a job there.
