thank you very much for lastest reply. could you please let me know the address of beijing foreign affair office or any contact number i can reach and which department i should go so that i can get "the visa notication form" surely.i did call this office in beijing, but i was told that will not provide any letter in person except for official service. i am very confused now. thank you always for your help.
