To stay for more than 15 days after each entry, you have to apply for a visa for China. In you case(frequently visit and stay there for a month after each entry), you should apply for a multiple-entry L visa (tourist visa). You are eligible to apply for such a visa because you own real estate in China. You can apply for the visa by submiting the original and a photocopy of the property ownership certificate as well as other required documents.
