About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

My Dad is a Chinese Citizen but I was born in the Philippines in 1952. My Philippine Birth Certificate says that I am a Chinese Citizen. Below are my questions:
1. Am I really a Chinese Citizen
2. Can I get a Chinese Passport
3. How do I get a Chinese Passport
