About:China Visa

I would like to enquire, beside having a proper visa do I need to fill up any card when I arrive in Haikou China. Where can I get this 'Disembarkation' card so that I can fill it up early for my parents who are Malaysian who travel from Sin to Haikou China? Thank you for your help and looking forward for your reply, urgent

A proper visa will assure your parents' smooth entry into Hainan. No other extra card is needed.
