all he does is kill people to get himself to live in royalty. this is my opinion so yeah.

but in doing so he created one of the greatest countries in the world his methods were completely ruthless but with China's Contributions we wed be no where as advanced as we are today

It was horrible of what he did to the people thta wrote books about the past. He attacked them. He buried them alive. Just becasue his advisor told him to.Even though he set up the buuilding of the great wall of china, he tormanted the people. the people died building it , and even traveling toward it.
