About:Embassy of Malta in China

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am Juvy from the Philippines. I just wanted to know how to get a visa from China. I am presently working here in China and my friend sent me an invitation to visit them. What are the requirements do i need to obtain to grant a visa.

You are presently working in China? So you must have already held a Chinese work visa. Why do you still need another visa?

Yes sir. But i just wanted to know if i could travel to Malta even working here just for a holiday? It isn't required Malta visa?
Would it be possible Sir if i could also get an office address Embassy of Malta in hongkong?
