The ancient Chinese believed in the gods of earth, heaven, dragon, sea, rain, wind, thunder, fire, money, kitchen and many other gods. They also believed in Kwain-yin and Buddha. The worship has become one important part of traditional Chinese culture. Through worship, we hope to get good fortunes. How to worship? Chinese often killed animals as the sacraficial offerings, such as pig, goat and chicken. Also we burn incense and paper (Zhi Qian).
