I would like to inquire if you will allow me to get a visa here in the Phils. for 3 months stay in Hongkong w/ my husband.Furthermore,I am an ex- OFW in Hongkong & already stayed last 2008 as a tourist.I want to stay longer w/ my husband because we want to have a child coz we just get married last October '08. In this regard I  would like to know the requirements needed at your embassy. Thank you very much. Looking forward on your response.

For a longer stay, you can apply for a dependent visa at the Immigration Department of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
