hi,
what is the best (short and cheap) way to get from zhongdian to chengdu?

Hi, I'm afraid there is no direct train or plane from Zhongdian to Chengdu, maybe you can first take a flight from Zhongdian to Kunming, and then take a flight from Kunming to Chengdu, this is the easiest way as far as I know.
