About:Chinese Embassy in Switzerland

Hi,

my fiancee is Serbian and needs a tourist visa for Hong Kong to accompany me to a conference. We are living in Geneva and we were wondering if one needs to make and appointment at the Chinese consulate in order to apply for the visa or is it possible to go there directly?

Kind Regards
