About:Guangzhou Transportation by Air

Hello,,
Im planning to arrive in HongKong and go to Guangzhou by train.
Please advice me what should i do and how much the ticket fare.

I think it would cost about 200 to about 300 HKD. I can't remember how much i paid though.... Sorry.
