About:Chinese Embassy in Singapore

Hi,
Can I check whether a China nationality now holding a dependant pass in Singapore has to apply a visa to Hongkong staying there for 5 days?

Chinese who stayed overseas can visit Hong Kong without visa and stay up to seven days for the purpose of sightseeing.
