I'm not too clear about your question. But anyway--- Hangzhou, as you may know is a very beautiful city, with great environment. Two things I think you may need to know: the downtown are of Hangzhou is small, and as a result, its traffic condition is pretty bad, especially in the rush hour; Hangzhou is building its subway system now.
