Beside taxi & shuttle bus, does Tianjin airport has van services taking customers to Beijing city? If not, how much it would cost from Tianjin airport to Beijing city (north)by taxi?

I am just wondering if Tianjing taxi can enter into the city proper of Beijing?! If it is possible, the fare is about 400 rmb. For better choice, you can take a taxi to the railway station or bus tradfer station, lokking for inter-city trains and regular buses to Beijing.
