Hello, I'm here in Jakarta and I have american passport. Planning to go to China for 2 months...is it hard to get a multiple visa...or can I get a 30 days and go to Hong Kong to get an extension or new 30 days visa during my 2 months staying?thanks so muchalso I have also italian passport...but my residency is in USA..do I need to apply as usa or could i apply as italian??thanks so so muchDaniela

Yup, it is not easy to get a multiple visa. Your method is workable. Either passport is OK for your application in Jakarta.
