About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

Dear Sir ,
I'm holding S pass and my mom is holding long term pass.
We would like to visit china on April. We are myanmar passport holder. If we apply china visa, what document do we need to submit together?
Please advice.

Besides passport, the applicaiton form with a passport-sized photo affixed and round-trip flight tickets are needed for tourist visa application.
