About:China Visa

I am looking for a Visa for a single entry I hold an irish passport as I am an irish citizen. I have looked everywhere ionline for the visa form for an irsh passport holder and I am unable to find a visa application. I have found applications for all other countries US, UK, USSR but nothing for an Irish passport holder. I have been given multiple links but no joy. Where do I get this form as I want to visit China in April and running out of time.
