About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

Hello. I'm a filipino who is married to a chinese mainlander. We got married already in China last year. But we still don't have a marriage certification. We will be applying it however this coming april when i go to shanghai. What certifications do i need to apply for the marriage certificate in Shanghai, China?

Your unmarried affidavit issued by a notary public and with the authoritative governmental organ's seal stamped on it.
