About:Chinese Embassy in South Korea

I am a Canadian citizen but will be in South Korea in one week. Can I apply for a visitors' visa to China in the embassy in Seoul?

You can apply for a L visa to China in Seoul. Well, it is said that the embassy only take the application from the designated travel agency. You should find a travel agency to act on your behalf.
